Hello , like to tell

Hello , like to tell you about my story . Never took herbs before so this is new experience for me . I am a white male 62 years old . Been waking up feeling tired , old and just not feeling good . My goal was to feel better in the morning . Ordered Phoenix formula , male starter pack, ashwagandha , pine pollen tincture . After a week and a half I do feel better but to my surprise my right shoulder which had been hurting daily has gotten better . I could not lay on it and found myself going out of my way not to use the arm . Sometimes it hurt just to hold steering wheel on way home after work . Now I can use the arm like normal . I have more mobility and it feels stronger already . It still hurts but to a lesser degree . But the key here it’s getting better .
