We offer free domestic shipping via USPS (All of North America) on all orders over $100. Note that this total must be over $100 after any coupons or discounts and before taxes to qualify.
If you do not qualify for this our rates are as follows:
Domestic – Ranges from $6.99-$7.99 per order
International (not including Canada or Mexico or US Territories) – $26.95 per order and up.
Most orders are shipped via USPS.
Depending on location and other factors, domestic orders may take 3-10 business days to receive. This is an estimate and we ask that you track your package using the tracking number we provide you when you order. You will receive this tracking number via email automatically when your package is shipped.
If deemed necessary, please allow at least 2 weeks before a resend/refund is issued. This pertains to if there are any issues with the shipment relating to the courier (USPS & FedEx & UPS).
Once a package leaves our facility we have VERY LITTLE control over it. We are not the shipping company. As such, you may need to contact the shipping company for information about your parcel. Please take note and save your tracking number in order to identify your package to the shipping company should any issues arise. Your tracking number is automatically emailed to you when your package is shipped. You may need to search your email for this message from us. These messages often end up in the promotional or spam folders of the customer’s inbox. To prevent this, please save our email address to your address book in your email account. International arrival times may vary between 2-4 weeks depending upon the destination the of shipment. Please note it may take up to 8 weeks & any delay is typically due to customs inspections or holds. These are estimates.
International packages cannot be reshipped for free. If your package is returned to us and you need it sent back to you, you will be invoiced via PayPal in order to do so.
Lost Empire Herbs is not responsible for customs, duties or fees your government may impose on international packages. The customer is responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be associated with their package. Please monitor your tracking information in the case that your package is temporarily held for inspection.
If deemed necessary, we will process refunds at the 8-week mark.
We no longer ship to Spain, Germany, Italy, Singapore, and the whole of Africa via our website as a result of large amounts of lost/damaged packages.
Please contact us via email if you live in one of these countries and would like to arrange an order. You will need to fill out a special form in order to make these arrangements.
For reshipments, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
There may be additional fees from customs as well. We have no jurisdiction over this and these fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please if you are ordering internationally, make sure the products are allowed in your country. Each country has different rules and regulations about shipping and as we are a very small business we cannot monitor the rules in every country. Should your package be held and denied at customs, we are not responsible for any cost that may be incurred.
If the package is “Delivered” per the tracking number, Lost Empire Herbs are not responsible for lost or stolen or missing packages, please open a claim with USPS/DHL/FedEx if this is the case.
