Order Processing:
The processing and packaging of orders in our facility will take 1-3 business days. Our shipping department ships daily, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This timeline may be delayed during sales and around holidays.

We use USPS services for shipments within and outside the United States.
We will happily take requests from customers who desire a faster processing time. We understand our herbs are used to improve and support optimal health. If you need your herbs or formulas quicker, please email us directly, including your order number and shipping address.
Shipping Time:
Lost Empire Herbs is not in control of shipping delays. These companies operate outside of Lost Empire Herbs. We will do our best to support you if your order has been lost, stolen, or delayed. Please expect delays during December and January as the shipping carriers have a large volume of packages traveling at this time. There is no guarantee on delivery times, and orders will not be refunded unless lost, stolen, or undelivered.
International Shipping
