Lost Empire Herbs takes precautions and reserves the right to vet any customer or orders that may represent one of the circumstances described below.
Common reasons Lost Empire Herbs may ask for additional information or verification of your order:
- Billing Address Mismatch: If the information entered into the billing section of our order checkout does not match the address on file with the credit card company or bank institution used for payment we may place your order on hold until verbal contact and verification are made. In this case, our support team will call you and ask you to verify the information you entered on our site including the last 4 digits of the card used, and your billing and shipping information. Once we have confirmed this information we can release the order within our system and ship.
- Large First Order: If the 1st order placed with Lost Empire Herbs is large we may contact you to confirm your order, the quantity desired, and other applicable details.
- Mismatched Billing and Shipping Address: If the order placed has billing or delivery information that does not match we may contact your to confirm your order and other applicable details.
