Note that there are some limitations on this to help prevent abuse.
- You may only receive a refund on one bag or bottle of each product. This should be plenty for you to give the product a genuine try. (This is because we’ve had returns of up to eight completely used bags. If it’s not working after one bag or bottle it’s probably not the best herb for you.)
- You may only receive a refund of up to five different herbs or formulas. (This is to prevent someone using our entire product line and saying nothing worked.)
- If you order more than once, unless otherwise stated by one of our customer service representatives, this voids your refundability for your previous orders. (This is because we’ve had people order three different times then refund everything at once.)
- If you ask for an exchange instead of a refund, you cannot then get a refund on the exchanged products.
- There are no refunds on t-shirts and gear, as well as consultations and anything from the bargain bin.
- Lost Empire Herbs reserves the right to make a decision on a case to case basis depending on the situation of the returned items.
We trust that you’ll be honest about using our generous refund policy and not abuse it. But because some people have done so, we’ve needed to put these few limitations in place.
Ebooks are available for refund if you do not like them for any reason. As there is nothing to return we trust your honesty in this matter.
In the case of faulty products, we will replace them at no extra cost. If your order is lost in shipping we reserve the right to ship a new order to you or give you a complete refund. Please be aware that we ask a minimum of two weeks for domestic and six weeks for international orders to put this in effect, as sometimes shipping is delayed that long (especially in customs).
If your order is six months or older we’ll need to refund you by check. We are not responsible for any bank fees that may associated with cashing this check.
