I’ve always been on the lookout for an edge when it comes to my training. But I’m training primarily for health…so I am not willing to sacrifice it for an advantage.
Years back I experimented with a few pre-workout supplements. My training did improve a little bit, but let’s face it, nothing you consume should be in those artificial colors!
They might give you an edge, but at what cost? Who knows what those chemicals are really doing to you?
