Yes, you can call on the phone and speak to a real person, not just a robot. We still have a small customer support staff so you may have to leave a message and receive a callback, but that is available.
Any mistakes on our end, we do our best to make it right including things like lost packages.
If we are dropping the ball in one place, please try to reach out in another spot. Again, we’re not flawless so if you’re not getting a response quickly try reaching out in another channel. This acts as a safety net to help be sure we don’t miss anything.
