One of our values is the “Golden Rule”, that is treating people like we would like to be treated. As such, we work to deliver the best customer service possible, and we’ve even been awarded for doing so.

You can contact our support desk at [email protected] any time and typically we’ll get back to you within a couple hours. We are a small company our normal business hours Monday-Friday  9am-3pm PST.
