How to Take Pine Pollen Powder

Testing for Allergies
The purpose for this is that a very small percentage of people have Pine Pollen allergies. So we want to use a small amount, before the later larger recommended dose, to make sure you don’t have any problems. If you do have problems you’ll know, but don’t worry, this is not dangerous like a peanut allergy could be.
- Take about ¼ teaspoon of the powder right now. You can put this into your mouth and swallow it down, or mix it into water or any other liquid.
- Wait several hours. Notice if there is an allergic reaction which could include watery eyes, itchy throat, runny nose. Also, notice if you detect any benefits in your energy levels, thinking, and mood, even with this small dose.
- If after four hours you haven’t had any allergic reaction you’re good to go onto normal dosing.

If there are allergies, then this wouldn’t be the right herb for you. Thankfully, there are others that can lend the same benefits. The powders and capsules are more likely to give allergies. Someone can have them to the tincture, but it happens less so. In other words, I know people who haven’t been able to use the powder but do work with the tinctures without issue.
Normal Instructions for How to Use Pine Pollen Powder
The normal dose of powder is ½ to 1 tsp two times per day. This works great for many people. And there are several ways to take this.
- Straight – Put the spoonful right in your mouth, mix it with your saliva, and swallow it down. This can be assisted by drinking water to help wash it down as well. Warning, if you end up coughing or sneezing during this you will get pollen everywhere. This should only be done with small amounts of powder at a time to ensure it’s not a choking hazard.
- Mix in Water – Pine Pollen readily mixes into water.
- Mix in Smoothies or Juice – Throw it into any blended drink to add nutrition. Or stir it into juice. With many drinks, you won’t even taste it.
- Tea or Coffee – Tea, coffee, and other hot liquids can be used. It will not damage the Pine Pollen as ours is already steam sterilized after collection to prevent mold.
Many people find the taste pleasant. Some people don’t like it (you should try some of our other much worse tasting herbs, then you’ll realize this one does taste good in comparison).
Unlike caffeine, it does not cause jittery stimulation, but it may promote natural energy. So many people can take it even at night.

The timing of Pine Pollen consumption can impact its effectiveness. While there is no single “best” time to take it, the ideal timing depends on a few different factors including your personal health goals, the form you are using, and how your body responds. Morning Wood Test (Men Only)
At night, before you go to bed, you can take up to three tablespoons of powder. This is a larger than normally recommended dose. This larger dose seems to encourage this effect to take place strongly. That being said, some people get the effect on the normal dose too.
We suggest you mix this larger dose into a 12-16 oz. glass of water. Stir it in then down it.
Go to sleep. When you wake up in the morning see if you have “Morning Wood”. Note the intensity of it as well. One man said he could dent a car door with it. Another man, very well known in the health field, said he had to piss in the bathtub because of pine pollen.

How to Use Pine Pollen Tincture

How to Use Pine Pollen Capsules or Tablets
Capsules provide for ease of use and convenience in consuming the powdered form. Our capsules contain Pine Pollen powder and nothing else. You’ll have to check with other companies for their details. Pine Pollen tablets are also available, but these are not recommended as they require some sort of binding material which may not be the best.
The recommended dosage is 3 capsules twice per day (with .43 grams per capsule). Many people get significant benefits with this maintenance dose.
If you wanted to do a megadose like for the morning wood test, with the capsules this would be 11-22 capsules daily (which is roughly equal to 5 – 10 grams).

Yeah, that should be fine. Then you can adjust up or down based on how you’re feeling.
How long will the bottle last if you fill the dropper 2 times a day. Body weight doesn’t make a difference. Same dose and results for 150 or 250 pound individual.
Starting dosage is the same for bodyweight, but all dosages are variable. So if you feel you need more or less then modify dosage as you best see fit. The dosage protocol did not change in our two studies for bodyweight.
As 2 fl oz. bottle should last just about six weeks if you follow the 1 mL twice per day with the five days on, two days off cycling.
Are there any better androgen methods to consume for those avoiding alcohol?
