“Can a single moment truly unleash an eternity of pain?” Pandora’s voice trembled.
That fateful moment, driven by insatiable curiosity, had changed everything. When Pandora opened the forbidden box, she inadvertently threw the world into chaos. As she lifted the lid, all the evils, sorrows, plagues, and miseries of the world flew out, forever to afflict humankind.
Terrified and remorseful, Pandora quickly tried to close the jar, but everything had already escaped, save for one thing: Hope.
Yet, amid the darkness, the goddess Athena, resplendent in her wisdom, approached. “Pandora,” she said softly, “though you’ve opened the box, it is not too late to find a salve for these wounds.“
Drawing forth a softly glowing vial, she urged, “Drink and transform your remorse into resilience.“
Pandora sipped the potion, and with it, newfound vitality surged within her. The potion had gifted her clarity and resilience, a soothing balm for the soul.
The world’s evils didn’t vanish, but they could no longer overshadow her spirit. Empowered, Pandora shared the potion’s gifts, teaching humanity to confront despair with newfound stamina and wisdom.
While hardships persisted, as they always would, the essence of the Peace Potion – potency, perseverance, and a touch of ancient magic – fortified the human spirit. Even in the face of adversity, they found moments of joy, love, hope, and, above all, peace.

The Ancient Druid’s Secret #1 Herb,
Blue Vervain is Your Nerves Neutralizer*
Few herbs give you immediately feelable effects. Blue Vervain is one that stands out from the pack.
Perhaps this was why it was revered by the Celtic Druids who would place crowns of Vervain on the heads of initiates. They recognized this herb’s magical powers giving rise to one of its nicknames of Enchanter’s Plant.
Legend has it that it was stuffed into Christ’s wounds while he was crucified, thereby gaining another nickname, “herb-on-the-cross.”
While there are several varieties of Vervain used interchangeably, the one used here is Blue Vervain, aka Verbena hastata is known as a “Bitter Nervine.”
Its bitter taste causes an immediate cooling and draining action on the nervous system.*
Blue Vervain, has earned the nickname as Liquid Benzo.
Of course, no herb will be as strong as a pharmaceutical medicine typically. But that’s a good thing. Herbs don’t have the dependency issues or side effects of these drugs, either!
No one has died from Blue Vervain use. No one has difficulties withdrawing from these herbs.
Plus, with herbs, no doctor is needed. Management of your mood and your energy ought to be something you can take into your own hands for the most part anyway, instead of relying on an outside authority. (Though depending on your issues help of a qualified professional is certainly advocated! And this is health philosophy advice, not medical advice.)
Research shows that it’s not just a name but that Blue Vervain is active on benzodiazepine receptors as well as opioid receptors.* And some studies show its effects are as good as diazepam (that’s the generic form of Valium®).*
In a paper called “Hypnotic effects of total aqueous extracts of Vervain hastata (Verbenaceae) in rats” Blue Vervain’s effects on sleep were tested.4
Yes, it’s only a rat study, but sometimes we must work with what is available.
The larger dose of Blue Vervain (1000 mg/kg) helped the rats fall asleep just as quickly as the diazepam.*
And it actually increased total sleep time more than the diazepam!*
So, in this case, better than benzos. Both of the iridoid compounds found in Blue Vervain, hastatoside, and verbenalin, increased:
• Total time of non-rapid eye movement sleep*
• Delta wave activity during non-rapid eye movement sleep*
In plain English, sleeping longer and deeper.
In a review of Verbena, the following was said regarding this study, “Hastatoside and verbenalin acted similarly to benzodiazepines, extending the duration of the NREM phase; however, unlike these drugs, they did not adversely affect the activity of delta waves in the brains of the rats studied.”* 5
Yes, this is just some rat research. But I found it quite fascinating that the effects were equal to or even better than benzos.
Another piece of research found the Vervain extract worked as well as diazepam in an anticonvulsant effect at the largest dose given.6*
Again here we find that “this effect may be related to benzodiazepine receptor activation.”*
Liquid Benzo may be more than just a name, as this research shows the biological mechanism is just the same. But that’s not all. Furthermore, this research found that the extract was also active on opioid receptors.
Benzos. Opioids. Part of me cringes comparing herbs to these destructive forces…
Which brings me to what is perhaps the best part. “The extract showed no toxicity”.*
This has to do with the iridoid glycosides.
Scientists have investigated these for:
• Blocking the detection of pain
• Menstrual cramps and other PMS symptoms
• Hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms
• Easing the transition to sleep
The impact on discomfort, tension, unease, and other factors distinguishes Blue Vervain from other options.*
This is not well known, because you MUST taste it to get the effect. The bitter receptors on the tongue are tied into the nervous system (including in the gut). This immediate stress relief effect comes along with the taste.
But if you’re looking for exhaustion replenishment, the synergy comes when combining Blue Vervain with the others…

Ayurveda’s 4,000+ Year Top Adaptogen,
Ashwagandha, is Your Cortisol Cleanup Crew*
Cortisol is known as the “Stress Hormone”. It is chronically elevated in many people today because of the epidemic of chronic stress that surrounds us.
Cortisol is actually there to clean-up the stress within the body. But when it is chronically elevated it’s showing that your body is losing the battle against stress.
This leads to inflammation, exhaustion and burnout.
In quite a few studies ashwagandha has been shown to lower self-perceived levels of stress, and with that cortisol levels in the body.* One placebo-controlled study with 64 subjects, including both men and women, found that after 60 days stress and cortisol were significantly reduced.7*
Another study found similar reductions in stress-related parameters. This one included a decrease in c-reactive protein (CRP) which is a marker for chronic inflammation in the body.8*
How it works is still not fully understood. Research is looking at multiple different constituents, such as sitoindosides VII and VIII, as well as withaferin-A, for these anti-stress activities.9 The reduction of stress seems to happen from multiple pathways. This includes less cortisol signaling.*
And ashwagandha also appears to suppress some of the neuronal excitations in response to stress.* That is something we hear from customers taking ashwagandha regularly. Things or situations that used to stress them out…just don’t seem to anymore.*
Many people have found that ashwagandha helps in cases of anxious or depressed thinking.* These effects are likely best when they’re related to over-stress.
Several different human studies have found these anxiolytic properties to work consistently.7,10,11 *
Part of these actions may be ashwagandha’s effects on GABA receptors, just like Blue Vervain has.*
The Latin name, somnifera, comes from somnus, which means “to sleep.”
This is not a plant that will knock you out like some others but taking it during the day, many people notice an easier time falling asleep, with overall improved sleep quality.*
Despite it being in the name of the plant, and one of its major uses, this area has barely been researched. One human study found that in addition to reductions in total and LDL cholesterol, increases in strength and decreases in fat, six of the eighteen subjects reported better sleep.12*
Some research in rats looked at the mechanism by which ashwagandha brings its sleep-inducing effects.* This appears to be through the signaling of the GABA-A receptor.13 GABA being a neurotransmitter that helps not only with sleep but with feeling calm, this is likely part of its stress effects too.
Because it is things like stress that lead many into insomnia, this is likely the main method in which an ashwagandha tincture helps to bring deep, restorative sleep.*
Known as The Queen of Herbs and Liquid Yoga,
Tulsi is Your Toxicant Stress Shield*
Imagine if you could get many benefits of practicing yoga, but instead in a bottle. Say goodbye to stress and anxiety and say hello to calm, focus, and peace.
(Of course, Tulsi does not take the place of Yoga; the best benefits would come from including yoga or other physical and mental practices along with the herb.)
Daily consumption of Tulsi promotes general health, well-being, and longevity.* As an adaptogen, it helps you to deal with the stresses of daily life.*
Per Ayurveda, “Tulsi is also credited with giving luster to the complexion, sweetness to the voice and fostering beauty, intelligence, stamina and a calm emotional disposition.”14 *
It helps to reduce DNA damage and induce cellular apoptosis when and where needed.* Furthermore, Tulsi has been shown to enhance the activity of liver detoxification enzymes.14 *
Research has shown that Tulsi protects against the toxic effects of industrial chemicals, pesticides, drugs, and heavy metals such as:14 *
>> Butylparaben, Carbon tetrachloride, Copper sulfate, Ethanol, Rogor, Chlorpyrifos, Endosulfan, Lindane, Acetaminophen, Meloxicam, Paracetamol, Haloperidol, Lead, Arsenic, Cadmium, Chromium, Mercury and even Radiation.14*
It’s not just chemicals and radiation, either. These same capabilities are active against many physical stressors.
Numerous human trials found the average effects of reduced fasting glucose levels and normalized HbA1c.14*
Another human trial looked at Tulsi’s effects on generalized anxiety. Those taking Tulsi have significantly less anxiety, depression, and stress.15*
Still, one more study looked at general stress. It found the people taking Tulsi, compared to the placebo, had fewer total stress symptoms, including forgetfulness, sexual problems, feelings of exhaustion, and sleep problems. In addition, no adverse events were reported.16*
Rose, The Heart Harmonizer *
Much attention gets paid to rose hips, but less so to the flowers and buds. Yet these later have a rich history of medicinal use, over 5,000 years.
The powerful heart herb Hawthorn is in the same family as Rose, and thus they may share some similar benefits due to similar bioflavonoids.*
The rose oil (of which a tincture will extract in small amounts) has been shown to have pain relieving, relaxation increasing and anxiety dispelling effects.*
Rose buds and flowers have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and astringent properties.* These work on the physical heart but Rose is considered much more of an energetic heart tonic.*
A small amount of Rose is included in Pandora’s Peace to help harmonize the tincture and bring the energy into your heart.*
So that you can live from your heart, act from your heart, speak from your heart despite the craziness of the world and the stress it forces upon you.
Further harmonization is added with just a touch of honey to sweeten up the taste.
This is a form of self-medication. While it helps in the short term, it can certainly be problematic in the long term.
Not the least which is causing the slow but chronic hormone disruption.
If this is how you reward yourself at the end of a day for “getting through it,” you are absolutely chronically stressed.
I’m not here to preach at you and say you need to stop. Instead, I offer that you help to change how your body responds to stress before you reach burnout.

Quality and Testing
While not certified organic, due to this coming from a small farm operation, no pesticides, herbicides or anything else are used. Biodynamic farming practices are done.
Blue Vervain is not commonly found in the marketplace. But Ashwagandha and Tulsi are. Most of these come from India (which makes sense as they’re Ayurvedic herbs). However, there are concerns with quality and heavy metal contamination due to their popularity.
Everything here is grown in the USA.
Heavy Metal Free
Pandora’s Peace is as free from heavy metals as just about anything can be in this modern age. This means it supports your health without detracting from it, as unfortunately, some supplements do.
Pesticide/Herbicide Free
Although not certified organic due to the small-scale farming operations (where organic certification costs too much money), this has been independently tested to assure you it is free of harmful pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and more.
Spagyrically Prepared
This alchemical method adds the mineral component back into the tincture, giving it more “body” and greater physiological effects.
The steps are too technical to get into here, suffice to say that almost NO ONE does these steps, yet it yields a superior product that delivers better results.
USA Sourced and Made
We’re proud to say that everything in this product comes from the USA.
Contraindications and Side Effects
Pandora’s Peace is not recommended for pregnant or nursing mothers.
Otherwise, these herbs have extremely strong safety profiles.
While herbs sometimes cause gastrointestinal distress, that is far more common with powders and capsules. Tinctures bypass digestion, absorbing straight into the bloodstream.
Tinctures are made with alcohol, so this is not ideal for those who must be completely off alcohol.
