Good morning
I’m not sure if I am posting to the right place but I need some help.
I have been taking Pine pollen tincture, ashwagandha and tongkat.
I’m having terrible indigestion.. If I think back when I first started it was mild
But now severe 24/7. I started taking the pine pollen and ashwagandha first
And then introduced the Tongkat. I’m taking what is recommended on the package as far as dosage and going 5 days on 2 off.
Is this a side affect? Has there been any other complaints? If so please let me know. Most
Importantly do you have an advice? Things are going pretty well after starting on this program. Thank you for your time.

Hi Chris,
That sounds like your body doesn’t agree with one of those herbs. I would stop taking all three for a few days to let them get out of the system. Then begin with one of them and only take that for let’s say 3 days. If you have zero indigestion, introduce another for the same amount of time. If nothing happens then it will probably be caused by the last herb. Either way, you need to not take whichever herb that is doing it any longer. If you want, you can send the one that doesn’t agree with you back to us for a refund or ask our customer service department to get credit for it to get something else.
Occasionally there will be complaints on an individual bases but very few indeed. Without knowing which of the herbs is causing it I can’t really say more.
Glad things are going good even though thats happening but for sure, that should be your priority to find out which herb is messing with you and stop consuming it. Good luck Chris.

Unable to use account dashboard. I wanted to check on an order of Athena which I made a week ago. There appears to be no way to check on order.

It seems that you’ve placed an order as a guest and the system cannot record orders to your dashboard in that case. After you register and place an order, you’ll be able to find it inside your account dashboard.
