I have several stories already being used by Lost Empire Herbs but let me combine two stories into one here for the same herb.
Several years ago Peter Ragnar recommended I take Pine Pollen. I bought a bag and when it was almost gone I really hadn’t noticed anything different. One day I decided to do a very heavy work out and as normal the next day, my muscles were stiff. Normally the next two to three days after the work out the stiffness turns to soreness and sometimes extreme aspirin taking soreness. This time it didn’t?! I kept taking the Pine Pollen and the same scenario continued. I would be stiff the next day and then fine thereafter.
About a year later, I started to experiment with Tong Kat Ali (also from Lost Empire Herbs) and to try to verify the Tong Kat’s effect I stopped taking the Pine Pollen. Well, two weeks into the experiment I was doing two extra pull-ups per set which I attribute to the Tong Kat but all of a sudden my muscle stiffness moved into muscle soreness for several days following.
So at this point I take the Tong Kat Ali and my new strength is staying even without adding any extra sets or reps and I take the Pine Pollen and I rarely get sore muscles at any time.
