One question we received was about what are our recommended blenders?
The fact is that I use three different ones for different purposes.

The reason I have and use three blenders is that I find them useful for different purposes.
I like to use the Magic Bullet for my herbal coffee, done Bulletproof style as covered in this article.
I use the NutriBullet for bigger drinks which may be post workout drinks, or various smoothies with added herbs, such as the Goji Berry Slurpee.
And I use the Vitamix when I need more room. I use this more for foods, like soups and mashed cauliflower (like mashed potatoes but made with cauliflower).
I also use the Vitamix to grind up herbs before making tinctures.
So which blender do I recommend?
It depends on what you’re going to use it for.
It you want something versatile the Vitamix is amazing. But it’s also the most expensive of the bunch. Still it should last many years, as mine has.
If you’re doing more quick on-the-go type drinks a Magic or NutriBullet is a much cheaper and easier option.
As for which model to get, I can’t help you there. All these are old so my models are probably all outdated at this point.

Just used the $8.- Norpro Cordless Mini Mixer to mix a teaspoon of Ziziphus powder into my tea, right in the tea-cup to avoid loss, and it worked great. Normally the Ziziphus will clump in water, but actually dispersed and incorporated it without any clumps. It is a good option for this type of application. This gadget is available at Amazon.

I would take the Magic for dry things like coffee because you cannot do warm drinks in it because it is not BPA free. The Nutri is BPA free but has also the other ones in it but I need also something to make my bulletproof coffee and a few seconds is all I need and the Vitamix I would not recommend it because there is proof that to fast breaks also molecules of the foods you mix with it. Nutri is also available in three different speeds.

I was set to get a Vitamix and just by chance got an email about the Ninja blender on sale. I try to avoid buying made in China goods, but the Ninja was much more versatile and has proven to be a work horse for me in the kitchen. It is very loud which is probably the only con.
