I wouldn’t normally delve into these topics. But since our customers asked I will. Today’s sexual questions have to do with size…
“How do I increase the size of my cock”
Of course, we start with this one!
Most stuff that promises this just does not work. Plain and simple.
And, occasionally, some things do work for some people.
I personally never cared about this subject matter. But I’m average in this department, so maybe that was simply good enough for me.
Some herbs are said to do this. I would take it with a grain of salt. Consider it…but consider yourself lucky if indeed it happens.
First and foremost is “the stalk enlarger” Cistanche. I love this herb, not because it does anything for me in this department, but for the many other benefits it brings like hormones, immunity and more.
Still a few of our customers have reported this…
“been using cisthance for a month and man am I THRILLED Im 65 and going like 16 also hanging longer and thicker than ever my wife is thrilled”
“This Cistanche is AMAZING. It actually DOES add girth.”
“Cistanche in the pants…. need I say more”
But there are negative reviews too.
“I did NOT get the results that I wanted and expected. It increased my sex drive and my energy a little bit and when ever I took it, I was much less tired, but it did NOT make my penis bigger, unfortunately, hahaha, and it did NOT increase my testosterone levels. I did a blood test, that’s the reason why I know, that it did NOT increase my testosterone levels.”
“I haven’t noticed anything.”
One of my brothers has said that the Ant Extract has delivered these benefits to him as well.
Again, to manage your expectations understand this probably won’t work. Just like He Shou Wu to turn hair black or reverse hair loss. But it does for a small portion of people. Maybe 5-10% to put out a number.
Of course, there are many other reasons to be taking these herbs. And these other benefits tend to occur much more consistently for more people.
Onto the next related question:
“I’m a 40 old man in pretty good shape with no wood issues. I’m really trying to dial in two areas. 1. Shoot large powerful ejacs 2. Make my testicles bigger (they have appeared to get smaller over the years)
Here’s what’s in my supplement toolkit.
• Daily (Vitamin D, C, Zinc, Magnesium, Cistsnche, Shilajit)
• Cycle (Ashgwanda, Blue Vervian, Nettle, PP) Tongkat Ali, Fenugreek, Sunflower Lecthin,
• I have the LE Goji Tincture and have upgraded to a LE Tongkat from a cheaper alternative
• I Kegel most days about 100 reps or more
• I ice my testicles before bed and after a workout X3 bar about 15 mins total each time
• I eat a paleo diet and try to go at least two days without ejac
• My only vice is a drink alcohol on a regular basis but avoid beer and sugary stuff
Can you suggest anything else to really help me hit my goals. I feel there is still room for improvement?
Well, in searching for the above reviews on Cistanche, I also found this one:
“Seems like a good product so far. Has really helped with the size and fullness of my balls.”
It seems you’re doing all good stuff. I wanted to share the entire comment to show what can be done for such. The combination of the basics, good nutrition, along with certain physical practices is key, in this area as well as others.
One thing that could certainly help is going even longer without ejaculation. Just gives your body more time to produce.
I’m reminded of something I heard long ago about coconut milk. Following the doctrine of signatures, in that it looks somewhat like ejaculate, you could consume this regularly and see if that adds anything. I don’t know how well it works but pass it along as something to try.
Tribulus, from what I’ve seen, seems to help with spermatogenesis. That would be another herb to try out. While we don’t have this as a regular product, we do have a spagyric tincture for VIP customers only. (You only need to order from our website three times to be upgraded to VIP status where you’ll get access to a whole bunch more herbs we don’t have normally available.)
Overall, doing a blood hormone panel could also be helpful to point you in the right direction.
If there is anything lacking or excessive that interfaces with the testicles, including prolactin, luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, testosterone, DHT, then that would be a good thing to aim to correct.
There’s a bunch more sexual questions related to ED and libido but I’ll save those for a follow-up post.
