Side Effects and Contraindications
Too high of a dose can feel like too much energy and buzz. If that occurs, make sure to use less of a dose next time.
In some cases, Hercules may elevate blood pressure, so take caution if you are hypertensive.
Shilajit, and therefore Hercules, is not recommended for people with gout, as it can increase uric acid levels. Shilajit can also affect blood sugar levels, so diabetics should be careful.
