In our search for higher quality herbs, we came across a group of farmers that collect different Cordyceps species from the mountain forests of Peru.
This offer is wild-collected Cordyceps militaris. This is the same species that we currently offer.
Our standard stuff works amazingly well, and we all love it here at Lost Empire Herbs. However, it is grown on barley which is not what it grows on in the wild. This means it will build its constituents from a plant base. While the wild stuff has not been tested (we are going to test this stuff eventually just to compare the barley-grown to the wild stuff), it is reasonable to assume that since it grows on what it is meant to, that of insects, that it will be healthier and thus more nutritious.
Cordyceps militaris infects certain arthropods, mainly caterpillars, and uses their body for growth and development.
Benefits of Cordyceps Militaris:
- Immune System Support
- Supports Normal Blood Sugar
- Liver & Kidney Support
- Antiviral Agent
- and more…
Of course, what Cordyceps is known for in the West as an endurance herb which helps athletes oxygenate their muscles and put off the fatigue of activity.
Dosage
We have offered Wild Cordyceps sinensis before at a much higher price. This is not as strong in anyway so when Zane originally didn’t feel much at the dosage of 1 gram a day, he upped it to 2-3 grams in the morning. After that, the only effects he could notice were that he never got winded in workouts that would usually make him breathe heavily. Also, he noticed that he had sustained energy throughout the day and into the evening, even after workouts.
Important: We misprinted that amount of dosage on the labels as 0.5 grams twice daily. If you do not notice any effects after trying that, you may want to consider increasing the dosage at least to 2-3 grams once a day. Or break that into twice a day. Whatever works better for you.
Each bag comes with 10 grams of Wild Peruvian Cordyceps Militaris.
