Below he shares something that many people have in common, struggling against stubborn fat especially in the belly area.

I do boxing, fitness but I can’t loose my belly fat. Something I’m doing wrong, I sit also a lot in the Homeoffice and on the computer as a Technical Supporter for the PDQ’s for Worldline AG.
Eventuelly I eat something wrong, or don’t move enough.
On the gym I do 15 minutes Cardio, than train with free weights Squats, Butterfly and machines on the gym for my bones and to avoid too be hurt or be exhausted.
After that i do 20 minutes of Cardio again, I eat than some protein like nuts, walnuts and plant based milk with the Hercules formula.
As getting older with 49 years it’s more difficult to loose weight and I don’t want or be in competition with the younger guys there.
I do it for me and to be healthy in the future and to avoid muscle athropy as I can.
Generelly I use LEH now for some years and I feel great with them, I avoid too much sugar, pasta, bread, chocolate when possible.
I think I must also check your videos and do more kettlebell on my training, I go there 3 times a week.
Sometimes I take some protein drinks, even that I know that they aren’t healthy for me and artificial.
With looking on the food I have lost 2, 5 kilogramms and I’m on a good way, with vegetables, fruits, fish and as I wrote avoid too much sugar.
I don’t smoke neither do I drink alcohol, the Tongkat Ali, Pine Pollen Powder and Tincture are good for the hormones.
Nettle Root, Aswaghanda, Maca and the Tincture Bundle are also good to be strong.
Spartan Formula when I have a lot of work, Phoenix Formula with Cordyceps gives a good taste during the journey.
Chaga has a very good taste on the coffee with planted milk. He Shou Wu and Black Ant also gives a lot of energy and so on.
Maybe you have a good idea what I can do better to improve and loose some weight, otherwise I’m happy.
I think the herbs are good for our health and also skin, the say I look like a 40 years old one, ok grey hair are there…but we aren’t getting younger.

I’ll start by saying that here, adding another herb is not the answer. From what you’ve listed you’ve definitely maximized in the herbal support department. And I thank you for being such an amazing customer.
Stubborn fat can be tough.
I don’t have THE solution, as there isn’t ONE, but here are a few things that can hopefully point you in the right direction.
If what you are doing is not working then that means you’re going to have to do something moderately to significantly different. Often times this means stepping outside of your comfort zone in some form of what you’ve been doing.
Stubborn fat is very often a hormonal problem. This can be a result of endocrine disrupting chemicals in some cases.
Very often belly fat is related to chronically excessive cortisol too. This is not an easy thing to diagnose.
Not sure if you have blood work, but a comprehensive panel can sometimes help point you in the right direction. Unfortunately, sometimes it may not.
Stubborn fat can also be related to emotional problems and stored trauma in the body. This area is even more complex than hormones! But very often the body “holds on” in certain areas as a protection mechanism.
Something like a longer fast (3 days, week or longer depending on if you’ve done anything like this before), some sort of cleanse, or an adrenal reset diet might be what it takes.
There are lots of possibilities here, and not all are created equal, but that can help with the hormones, the weight loss, and if you’re paying attention even trigger some of the emotional stuff to come up.
Focusing on the area specifically in a positive way can be useful. Doing something like the abdominal vacuum breathing exercise, while visualizing your body as you wish it to be in a “blessing” manner would be an example of that.
Here’s the good news. You don’t need to do all these things. But start with one or a few and see if they bring results. If they do, great! If they don’t, then you can move onto the next thing. That’s the experimental approach that is key to solving any tough health issues.
