Current Shipping Operations:
- Domestic Shipping: We are shipping all orders within 1-3 day with little to no delivery delays.
- International Shipping: Temporary Service Suspensions of Select Countries
USPS Official Notice: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm The postal service has switched transportation from AIR to SEA, therefore once the package leaves the USA, it will not track until arriving at its destination port… this could be 8-10 weeks plus depending on the current state of the receiving country.
Our warehouse is open and shipping orders daily Monday through Friday. Due to the current pandemic, many countries postal services have been temporarily shut-down or delayed. If you are an international customer please review the list of countries affected below. This list is current as of April 24, 2020 but is subject to change at any time.
If your international package is still in transit for a previously placed order it may take longer than normal to be delivered to you. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do at this time and will be unable to offer refunds on delayed shipments. Please contact your local post office and track your packages to see if there is anything you can do to receive your package. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
