We have enabled this option only for our most popular products right now, Pine Pollen powder and Pine Pollen tincture. And you get 10% off for subscribing to the monthly plan!
Moreover, if a product you subscribed to is out of stock at a time of renewal, do not sweat it – we keep a separate inventory for our recurring orders that will ensure that you will get your herbs even if they’re out of stock on our website. Due to customs delays and other external factors, we’re not always able to keep up with demand and subscribing to an order resolves this problem for you entirely.
Finally, subscribing to a product guarantees the price will be the same as long as you’re subscribed, even if it goes up for other customers. We value your loyalty.
How to setup a subscription
Setting up a subscription is pretty easy to do and quite similar to placing a regular order. The only requirement is to be logged in to your account at Lost Empire Herbs before placing a subscription order.
1. Login to your account here.
2. Navigate to a product of your choice (in this case Pine Pollen Powder)
3. Choose a variation, quantity and subscription plan (we only offer a monthly one for the time being). Add it to cart
4. (Optional) go back to Products page and add more products to the cart
5. Click on View Cart
6. Review your order. After exactly one month your credit card of PayPal account will be charged for the same amount and products you’ve chosen will be shipped out automatically (even if they’re out of stock on the website).
How to manage a subscription
To manage your subscription, please log in to your account here. Once logged in, click on “Subscriptions” link where you can see content of your subscription order, next payment date and other information about your order.
This is also where you may cancel or change payment method for your subscription.
To cancel, simply click on the Suspend button and your subscription will be deactivated immediately. In case you’d like to re-subscribe, this option becomes available in the same place under your account upon cancelation – but must be utilized before the next payment date.
- Click on Payment Methods in the left sidebar
- On the next page, click on “Add Payment Method”
- Once you’ve filled out all the fields, click on “Add Payment Method” button
- Send us an email to [email protected] with the “Change Subscription Payment Method” in the subject line
- We will make the switch on our side to ensure your subscription orders are not interrupted
Adding PayPal as a new payment method is not possible at this time.
You’ll be charged shipping as you normally would, unless you’re over the $100 mark with each shipment for North American orders.
Adjust Your Subscription Frequency
Want to tweak how often you receive your subscription? Just follow these simple steps in the My Account section:
- Locate Subscriptions: Look for the “Subscriptions” option on the left sidebar and click on it.
- Select Your Subscription: Once the page loads, browse through and select the subscription order you’d like to adjust.
- Initiate Changes: Look for the “Change Frequency” button. Click on it to start the update process.
- Change Subscription Frequency: Now, you can choose a new frequency for your subscription – opt for every 2nd or 3rd month, whatever suits your needs.
- Confirm with Save: After selecting your desired frequency, make sure to click “Save” to lock in the changes.
- Check Your Inbox: You’ll receive an email confirmation detailing your subscription’s new frequency. Keep an eye out for it!
And that’s it! You’re all set with your updated subscription frequency.
Update Your Payment Date
Looking to modify the date for your next payment? Start by navigating to the My Account section and then:
- Find Subscriptions: Click on “Subscriptions” located on the left sidebar.
- Pick Your Subscription: Once the page is up, choose the subscription you wish to update.
- Change Date: Click the “Change Payment Date” button to proceed.
- Select New Date: Use the calendar to pick a new date for your upcoming payment.
- Confirm changes: After choosing your new date, click “Save” to confirm your changes.
- Email Confirmation: Look out for an email from us confirming your payment date change.
Just like that, you’ve successfully updated your payment date.
How to Add a New Product to Your Subscription
Follow these simple steps to add a new product to your existing subscription:
- Go to Subscriptions: Click “Subscriptions” on the left sidebar in the My Account section.
- Choose Subscription: Select the subscription you want to add a product to.
- Add Product: Click on the “Add new product” button.
- Select Product: A pop-up window will appear for you to choose the product you want to add.
- Decide on Addition: You can add the product to your subscription permanently OR just for the next shipment.
- Confirm Addition: Click the corresponding button to add your chosen product, which will then take you back to your subscription page.
- Email Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the addition of the new product.
You’re all set! The new product will be included in your subscription as specified.
There are also options to pause your subscription, change items quantity or suspend the subscriptions which all require just a couple of clicks of the button.
