I’ve always been on the lookout for an edge when it comes to my training. But I’m training primarily for health…so I am not willing to sacrifice it for an advantage.
Years back I experimented with a few pre-workout supplements. My training did improve a little bit, but let’s face it, nothing you consume should be in those artificial colors!
They might give you an edge, but at what cost? Who knows what those chemicals are really doing to you?
Natural Herbs
So I turned to herbs. Something that could boost performance and increase your health at the same time.
This is when our Hercules Pre-Workout Formula, the first 100% all-natural pre-workout supplement, was born.
When I take Hercules, I can almost double my endurance and workout capacity.
Lately, I’ve been adding Beet Juice Powder to my drink to not only help improve the taste but to add all the additional health benefits of nitric oxide.
If you’re looking to get stronger, increase endurance, AND healthier all at the same time, head over to LostEmpireHerbs.com to check out Hercules Pre-Workout Formula and our many other herbal supplements where everything is always backed by our one-year, no questions asked, empty bag or bottle money back guarantee. Am 72 years old, in fairly good health . In the last 6 months have been experiencing tremendous pain in my legs, extreme weakness in my leg muscles and knee joints, plus other joints. I own a driving business, and am sitting for many hours daily, most days. Been doing this for the past nine years. What do you recommend That I Do? Thank you! David

I would look up “stretches to counteract sitting” and see if those help. Also are you at least walking around a good bit in addition to sitting? Of course, consulting with a doctor could be a good bet as it may be a more in-depth issue.
