We’re offering a bounty for your case study aka your results in using our herbs.
ESPECIALLY if you have before and after blood (or other) test results to prove it!
Why? Science is limited in many of these herbs. (For example, Pine Pollen doesn’t have a single human trial.) But we know they work. We just want better proof to show it.
A case study goes beyond a product review and shows the details of what you did and the results that came.
To enter, fill in the form here.
If we select to publish your results, you’ll win $200, $400, $600, $800 or even $1000 in credit available to use at Lost Empire Herbs. How much you win will depend on the details of your case study, the results obtained and other factors. (It can be made anonymous if you don’t want to be in the public eye.)
We offer this bounty because we know that blood testing can be expensive, so we want to help offset some of the costs involved.
You can often get labs done with your doctor if you ask.
Or use a pay-out-of-pocket lab, we like and use these labs:
- InsideTracker (10% off coupon available here)
- EverlyWell
- Life Extension Foundation
(Please note that these are affiliate links in which we earn a small commission if you use them, which helps fund our services and education.)
Here are some tips on what we’d like to see.
Once again, our main goal is to get before and after testing. Feeling better is great, and ultimately what we’re after, but in sharing with others the quantified markers are better. But before and after pictures, workout logs or other material can be great too.
Do a baseline test. (Or use preexisting tests you’ve already done as your baseline.)
Follow a protocol. This could be the use of a single herb. Or it could be lots of herbs, other supplements, lifestyles changes and more. Either way, as long as you share the details, we’re happy with your experiment.
Get an after test.
We’d love to see details not just what you take but the dosage, timing, and frequency of it too. We’d love to hear about how you change for the better. Plus include any symptoms and side effects too.
If you have any questions on this, post in the comments below.
Otherwise, you can enter your case study here.

We share these case studies in an effort to build up a body of anecdotal evidence that herbs change lives for the better. While gold standard, double-blind, placebo-controlled scientific studies are great, there simply aren’t enough of them in the realm of herbs. (For example, Pine Pollen doesn’t have a single human trial.) Although case studies are n=1 experiment, not tightly controlled nor placebo-blind, they still lend evidence of things working, especially when a large number of them are gathered.
For the most part, we are not interested in reductive science isolating a single variable in these case studies. The fact is nature and life don’t work that way! We are much more interested in people getting results. And that often takes many variables, aka massive action. Thus, these case studies are shared in this spirit. Now onto the legalese…
