Lost Empire Herbs goal is to sell herbs, of course. But have you noticed we really focus on sharing information to allow you to educate yourself as well? In the interest of doing just that, Logan created a case study contest to gather information from REAL customers who have seen REAL results. We have in no way altered these test results or changed the information shared with us by our customer. Please take a few minutes to read below.
We first received some great information from a customer that chose to remain anonymous. Here for the purpose of communication, we will call him “Andrew.” Andrew shed some light on his health journey along with lab test results that confirm his experience with the herbs.
Please tell us about your “before.” Where did you start?
I had very low libido and no energy and was proven by my testosterone blood test result of 207.

Blood test results with testosterone measured, before taking herbs.
What Lost Empire Herbs did you take? What dosage, timing, frequency, etc.?
Pine Pollen Tincture – one dropperful twice daily cycled 5 days on 2 days off.
Tongkat Ali 100:1 Extract – 100 mg twice a day cycled 5 days on 2 days off.
Ashwagandha Spagyric Tincture – one dropperful twice per day.
What lifestyle changes did you make? This can include physical training, sleep, diet, mindset, or anything else you might like to include?
None, I have a healthy lifestyle.
Please tell us about your “after.” How did you feel? Did symptoms change? Any side effects (positive or negative)?
No side effects. And major improvement in libido, energy and sexual stamina. My lab values have changed as well increasing the testosterone level up to 280 within one month and up to 415 by the second month of usage.

*** Although they may be difficult to read here, I wanted you to see we are taking this information from actual lab results submitted by Andrew, to us.
As you can see his testosterone almost doubled with regular usage of herbs. WOW!!!

You may also note that estradiol and prolactin raised up too, but are within normal values.
Now, this is one case, of course, and there are many factors to be considered. According to “Andrew” he already was living a healthy lifestyle. This most likely aided his speedy results. Making sure you are eating a whole foods type clean diet, exercising, drinking high-quality water and getting deep sleep can all contribute to supporting a positive change when taking herbs.
We thank Andrew for sharing a part of his personal journey toward vibrant health here for you all to read, and happily give him credit to get more of our herbs.

We share these case studies in an effort to build up a body of anecdotal evidence that herbs change lives for the better. While gold standard, double-blind, placebo-controlled scientific studies are great, there simply aren’t enough of them in the realm of herbs. (For example, Pine Pollen doesn’t have a single human trial.) Although case studies are n=1 experiment, not tightly controlled nor placebo-blind, they still lend evidence of things working, especially when a large number of them are gathered. For the most part, we are not interested in reductive science isolating a single variable in these case studies. The fact is nature and life don’t work that way! We are much more interested in people getting results. And that often takes many variables, aka massive action. Thus, these case studies are shared in this spirit.

Do you have any testimonies of guys in 70’s raising their testosterone levels.
Yes, we do but unfortunately I can’t point you exactly where. I would take a look through Pine Pollen, Pine Pollen Tinctures and Tongkat Ali reviews and you’ll see some people mention that in there.
Hello, this is great news for this person, but, for others, some of these herbs can produce unwanted side effects. I have tried Ashwagandha, and Tong Kat Ali raises blood pressure. Pine Pollen on the other hand, seemed pretty mild and only resulted in a sort of rush of energy in the brain.
Do you have any other products that raise T- levels and not blood pressure?
Each person is unique and herbs may affect them differently. We have warnings at the bottom of our product pages if there is any cause for concern from evidence-based research on an herb we carry. Please contact our support team with questions 1-831-454-8947 or [email protected]
Can you please give a little more data, age, weight and height, thanks
Hey there Tom! Thank you for your interest. In this case, our customer who submitted his results and testimonial hoped to remain anonymous and we have honored his wish. We are only sharing the information he chose to share with us at this time. While in the spirit of honoring his request I can say he is in his mid to late 20’s, of avg build and height. I hope this helps.
